Making sure you don't send the same thing twice

It's important that you don't contact the same person more than once to avoid appearing unprofessional. It's annoying for a start and wastes money. That's why it's essential to remove or merge records that appear more than once on your database.

As part of our free data audit service we will run a matching programme on your database using 13 match grades to highlight the number of possible duplicates lurking within. If necessary, we can then examine your data in more depth to ensure that we find every single possible duplicate, by using up to 150 highly customised matching grades.

Depending upon your individual requirements, we will then flag up or merge the relevant records together. What's more, we can dedupe' at company and contact level, within a single file or multiple ones.
