Email Append

If you have your own customer or prospect dataset and need to append email addresses, we can match your data to our UK B2B database and confirm how many new or updated email addresses are available – plus how many additional contacts with emails we can append to your company records.

Email addresses are licensed for 12 months, with a strategy of maximum one cold email per month to respect the rights of data subjects. Campaign requirements that differ from this standard are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Our email data achieves 92% deliverability with less than 0.5% hard bounce rate – maintaining your domain reputation and ensuring consistent inbox placement.

How do you ensure GDPR and PECR compliance?

Every email address is confirmed by a real person via telephone, with the data subject informed of the purpose of holding their information. All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and PECR. We are ICO-registered and ISO 27001/27701 certified.

Can I supply my own email creative?

Yes. The managed broadcast service can work with client-supplied templates or build new ones – our team will advise on best practice for deliverability and engagement.

What reporting do I get?

Real-time online campaign statistics are available during and after every broadcast, including open rates, click rates, bounces and unsubscribes. Offline lead data for follow-up is supplied in your preferred format.
